Three stainless steel burners protected by stainless steel flavorizer bars in close proximity to the cooking grates makes this BBQ ideal for direct grilling; lots of high heat enables you to cook a wide variety of meats and foods. Ranging from sausages, burgers, steaks, to vegetables and fresh fish. The third burner will also allow you to experiment with indirect grilling techniques; an advanced BBQ method which will revolutionise how and what you cook on your new Weber BBQ. Don’t be limited to plain old bangers and burgers – you can cook almost anything! From whole chickens, to beef joints and much much more. In addition, this BBQ also has a side burner. This handy hob will allow you to cook a wide variety of dishes from sauces to crispy fried onions. The Weber Spirit E-325 GBS has long lasting porcelain enamelled cast iron GBS cooking grates which makes for a truly versatile cooking experience. These grates are excellent for holding even and high temperatures, perfect for searing and enhancing the flavour of your food. You simply remove the central section of the cooking grate and add in a Weber® Gourmet BBQ System accessory of your choosing; Pizza Stone, Griddle, Wok, and much more. The included warming rack keeps food warm or toasts burger buns, as the main meal grills below. The closed cart design with doors provides space to store your Weber Accessories, while you can use the side tables to keep plates or condiments at arms reach and hang your essential Weber Accessories on the hooks for easy access.
